1. How much coverage do you actually need?
The single biggest planning question is "how many hours?". Here's a rule of thumb based on hundreds of Brisbane weddings:
- Intimate / elopement — 2–3 hours. Ceremony + portraits + a champagne toast.
- Half-day — 4–5 hours. Getting-ready highlights, ceremony, family formals, first dance.
- Full celebration — 6–8 hours. The whole day, prep through party — most Brisbane couples land here.
- Long-form / multi-venue — 9–12 hours. Multiple cars, sunset shoot, late dance floor.

All prices are total, AUD, tax-inclusive. No hourly-rate maths, no surprise extras.

- 12+ months out — best chance to secure your first-choice date, especially Sat in Mar–May or Sep–Nov.
- 6–12 months — common; most premium dates have already been claimed by then.
- Under 6 months — still doable; we hold a small number of short-notice slots each year.
