The votes are in, and we have news worth shouting across the water: She Said YES Wedding Film & Photography is officially a FINALIST in the 2026 Brisbane Wedding Industry Awards, in the Wedding Photographer & Videographer category.
What makes this one special is who decided it. The Wedding Industry Awards have no judging panel and no jury. The results come entirely from newlywed couples voting for the suppliers who made their day, which makes a finalist spot the most honest compliment a wedding business can receive.
The Numbers Behind It
- 980 newlywed couples voted across the Brisbane region
- 527 businesses were nominated
- 247 became finalists, and we are one of them
This is the 8th Annual Brisbane Wedding Industry Awards, part of Australia's most trusted regional wedding awards program, running since 2008.
Thank You To Our Couples
This one belongs to our couples. Every vote came from a couple who trusted us with their wedding day, from Sandstone Point Hotel to Brisbane city and everywhere in between. You took two minutes out of married life to put our name forward, and it landed. Thank you. It genuinely means the world to a small Brisbane studio.
What Happens Next
The winners are revealed at the Wedding Industry Awards virtual presentation on Wednesday 7 October 2026. Podium finishers also qualify for the Australian Wedding Awards, held live in Brisbane in January 2027. Fingers crossed, and either way, we are already so proud of what our couples have done here.
